19 July: Workshop on Research Methods in Animal Emotion Analysis

The development of objective tools to identify and code facial and body movements in non-human species, as well as recent advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning, offer exciting new opportunities for the investigation of animal emotional states. This workshop aims to build bridges between animal behavior and cognition, especially with regard to the analysis of their emotional states, and AI in order to push forward the emerging field of automatic emotion recognition and analysis.
